Payments Accepted: PayPal, Cash, Personal Checks (must clear before anything is shipped)
Deposits/Payment Plans: For orders over $500, I accept a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold the animal(s) for you for an agreed amount of time. If for any reason I am unable to produce the animal(s) to fill your order, I can apply your deposit to another order you make OR refund your deposit. If you cancel your order at any time your payments will be returned minus the 25% deposit.
Shipping/Live Arrival Guarantee: I ship Monday to Wednesday, but would be happy to work with you for the best shipping date. Your order will be shipped overnight through Fedex. Animals will only be shipped with appropriate temperatures (40F to 90F) at the starting location, major Fedex hubs and ending location. Guaranteed to arrive alive, in good health, and correctly sexed when delivered on time. A signature is required at time of delivery.
Genetics Guarantee: All genetics are guaranteed and signed genetic documentation with a photo ID of the snake will be included with every purchase.
General Terms: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I must be notified within the first 24 hours of receipt. You, the customer, is responsible for the husbandry after accepting delivery of the animal(s). All customers are expected to have basic knowledge of what they are purchasing. I am NOT responsible for any mistakes or accidents brought on by the customer. Due to the change in environment after shipping, I cannot guarantee that an animal will continue to eat on the same routine it did for me. As such, replacements and refunds are not provided for non-eating animals but I will gladly provide advice to help you succeed with any animal purchased from me.
