Ordered a shipment of 500 mixed Discoid roaches. He was in steady contact with me through emails and Phone calls. He made sure to all of his ability to make sure they arrived alive. There was a shipping delay by one day, he was more concerned then I was by calling to see where they where and why the didn't arrive the day they where suppose to. Very pleasant to deal with. He also made sure to send a caresheet for breeding and general care. Even called today when they where delivered to help me make sure everything was good.
If my breeding project doesn't work out like I want. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from him again..

Mike is not only a personal friend, but a wonderful business person to boot! I have a baby bearded dragon from him that he gave to us as a birthday present for our newborn son, and he is AMAZING! Mike is in constant contact with us regarding Nemo, and is one of the greats out there for customer service to both friends and new customers. He makes every effort to make sure everything is perfect. His wife, Beth, is also a joy to deal with, and can answer any question you may have.
