DID YOU ALL CATCH THIS?????????

Quoted from Adams post.
Quote:
The animals to my knowledge have all died in roughly the last 6 months but we may be looking at a year.

All have died of Parasites although I think I have only heard of a report on roughly half of them.
Less than a year and so far most all died of parasites.

Sounds like bad genetics to me. How about the rest of you?

Adam,
Buddy, read my last post. You can't prove diddly squat as to the alleged bad genetics from NERD. Not unless all the "dead snake owners" send you a genetics reports from there vets tracing genetic issues as the cause of death to NERD's founding colony.

You just admitted as to how they died and you still can't prove it came from NERD. Show me and everyone on this forum the trail of parasites that leads back to NERD via a Vet report. Animals can become infected in a miriad of ways once they leave the care of the original owner. What kind of parasite killed all these animals and how did they get them? Simply having a few folks say that yes my animal died and it was parasites is a long way from your claims of bad genetics in NERD's colony. How long did these owners have the animals in there possession before death?

You need to accept the fact that you may have done something wrong and killed this animal. You are just digging yourself in deeper with every maneuver you are trying. Get off the high horse and get a grasp on reality my friend. If I wanted I could most likely dig up 20 people that could say I purchased a snake from BenS. and it died within a year. Still doesn't prove squat genetically or otherwise does it. NO. Unfortunately, when dealing in live animals, deaths happen and no one can pin point the cause. Just as in your case. You can't pin point how the animal came down with gout. All you have is speculation based on the outcome of the necropsy report. You are doing nothing to NERD and totally destroying your credibility. Is it any wonder that Kevin won't tell you anymore about the animal. If I was in his shoes I would have done the same thing with the way you went about this. You are coming across as a child when you don't get your way.

I'm sorry to say, your attempt to smear him in your little fact finding mission is failing horribly. Take my advice, do a J.Puker and disappear from the net until you rethink this mess.

Suncoast Herpetological
Kevin has, in essence, given us a good estimate of the age of the animal at point of sale

"The clutch had hatched out prior to the show and had shed and began feeding, this period is typically at least 4 weeks before they understand what food is and begin to act like they understand what life is all about. All of the animals were feeding and fine when I brought them to the show, this fact is simple."

"I feel 100% confident that the snakes I did sell in Daytona were perfect! They were feeding (several times)"

Both of the above are direct quotes from Kevin's response. Assuming that several means at least 3 and also making the assumption of weekly feedings (a good average) I see an estimated age of approximately 7 weeks.

Adam, are you claiming they were younger?

Even if the animals were only 5 weeks of age and had only 1 or two meals, with proper hydration and care they are not too young to sell. It has already been established by several first hand observers (one of which is me) that Kevin waters hios animals at shows. The only one we know didn't water the animal was Adam's partner by Adam's own admission.

I think the point of my post here can be summed up in one simple phrase.

Put up or shut up Adam!

DISCERN
yes, this has gotten way out of hand...

I agree with Rob of R/K reptiles. This whole thing has gotten way out of hand and is so freaking gay!

Richie, you are right. Adam says he does not purchase animals at shows.

Think about it people. There is no proof that Adam's snake is even dead, that he even bought one, or anything related. I am not saying he is lying, but we here on this forum can not be given ample proof of the existence of anything Adam has said unless we are there to see it for ourselves!

Is it me or do I see a pattern that Adam has developed in his actions. Here is what I mean:

First, it was kingsnake and Jeff Barringer. He got pissed off at Jeff and it seemed like all he did was to try to start a mission to bring him down, from the laughable kingsnakesucks.com to simple whining here.

Then, the whole thing with NERD and how they sell sick animals. He has wasted how many pages with this thread, only to try to ruin someone's reputation?? Nothing will happen to NERD's reputation, a fine one at that, and Adam's reputation will continue to get worse and worse............

It seems like he gets fixed on one person and then spends all his time coming up with conspiracy theories and how to get back at them.

Who is the next person gonna be that Adam is going to try, WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS, to bring down?

Adam, don't you have animals to take care of and most importantly, a family to take care of as well?

From being laughable and void of any substance to downright insulting the intelligence of everyone else here, that is what this whole thread has been.

Take care!

Billy Fraser

Can someone explain this sentance to me? Am I reading to deep or is he contridicting himself in the same sentance?

Quote:

"All have died of Parasites"
"I have only heard of a report on roughly half of them"
Now am I reading to deep? Or is this what I think it is. To me it appears the first half he says hes found all these animals that have died of parisites but then the second half says hes only confirmed half have died of parisites. I am lost as to why one half says "all" and the other "half"?

Tim you are wrong.
They did not all die of parasites. Adam lied again.
Adams ball python died of gout. The het for ghost never had a necropsy done. So how Adam knew it died of parasites......he has ESP.

Let us address some facts.

Adam Claims That freedom breeder owns half of NERD. -- a phone call was placed, Lindy laughed and said he works with some projects but is not 50% owner.

the Burgundy project being frozen - Kevin still has the original sire and his het daughters...the remainder of the project is in Lindy's care. In neither case are they in the freezer.

quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
An adult Ball again I won't mention the morph as I don't know how many Kevin has sold.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The morph that can't be named due to Adam not knowing how many Kevin has sold. ....The one that died because a Rat was left in with it.

Over the past 3 seasons he has produced roughly 225 clutches of balls alone. Averaging 5.5 eggs per clutch...so that makes 1237 baby balls produced by Kevin....~62 clutches were produced this last year alone . that is roughly 321 babies. produced this year. Not to mention the pythons he "imported"

Should we dig somemore Adam? It is not looking good for you.

This is gettting even more confusing...
Quote:
The information blacked out on the report is my vets information and the description of the snake
Quote:
Shouse is my partner. He had the report sent to him as he has the account with out vet
I am asumming that out means OUR vet? or does it mean account without Vet to the University?

SO... the truck driver buys the snake, the truck driver takes them to "our Vet", the truck driver gets the report, the truck driver does not have the time to come online and post?

You don't buy from shows, you have not bought any snakes in years, but you have a young snake that died of gout?

Adam, who's snake is this your representing? A full name, you have shown nothing to even support that you had a snake let alone that it died or that it came from NERDs... how about a receipt for the snake in question?

Ken: since the hatch date was asked by many people, Kevin's nick has been online and reading this thread several times, that was established some time ago and others verified it.

Webslave: this thread reeks of third party and even then nothing has been presented to show a relationship to that third party to make it acceptable here, this thread should not exist if that can not be shown and should go the way of all like it IMO

Adams admits he did not buy the snake but a partner did, Adam admits the necropsy belongs to someone else, a partner.... Yet he has established nothing to show he has a legit relationship to that party or this snake in question. This looks to be nothing but the fact that NERD's had snakes for sale at the Daytona Show that Adam is aware of and could have been bought by ANYONE.

Webslave???

Adam,
who did you get your second albino from again?

Are you sure your partner did not accidentally switch the albinos around?

The Mystery Partners

Cheri -

I missed something......did Adam say the truck driver and Shouse are the same person? The guy is a professor who moonlights as a truck driver? He lives in NC but then drove to Arizona to drop off snakes to Adam IN AN EMPTY TRUCK???

If Shouse has an account with the vet, and Shouse is a partner in Impact Reptiles.......well, wouldn't that mean that Impact Reptiles has an account with the vet? I've been in the business world for quite some time, and it helps alot to put those expenses IN THE BUSINESS NAME so that they can be accounted for as a professional expense when it comes to tax time.

Ah, it's been reduced to ridiculousness anyway. No proof of purchase, illness, death, conditions......

You know what I think? Adam got bored with the local TV listings and needed some entertainment.

franklinedwards: that is not his Vet, that is the person who did and signed that necropsy at the Univerisity, nothing to do with his Vet (or lack of one)

ms_terese LOL I have no idea what to say, I am laughing, but... maybe Adam has more than one partner and we are getting them all confused?

There is an S House that attended U of A and is now a Dean of Elon University in North Carolina (unless he moved real recently) teaching Biology.

Adam states his partner is Shouse, maybe another person.... and that is the person that is his partner and has the acct... with "our" vet or "without" a Vet... no sure if that was a typo by Adam.

Adam also states his partner is a truck driver........ so I hope these are different people or Multi partners....... I do wonder that we never heard of partners that buy all the snakes that Adam refuses to buy since he has not bought any for years and not from shows.........interesting relationships at the least!

ms_terese... what are we doing replying to this? LOL
