brumation??

Hello everyone. I think my bearded dragon is going into brumation. She has been just staying in the same spot and just stares. I tried putting a couple crickets in her cage and she didn't even look at them. Its like she's a zombie. She hasn't been sleeping during the day but looks tired. Does this sound like brumation? I have a uvb light, a white bulb heat lamp, and a red bulb heat lamp on 12 hours a day but a few minutes ago I decided to turn off the white heat lamp and the uvb light but left the red on for a little heat. It made it darker in there so if she wants to sleep she can. Is this the right thing to do?

Leave the lights on like you normally would (in the winter I do 10-11 hrs) and soak her in warm water twice a week for 20 min. to keep her hydrated.

As long as she was acting normal before she got sleepy, it is most likely brumation.
