Twins!

Two of the eight eggs that hatched recently contained twins. A set of Jags and a set of normals. Below are pictures of each. Pretty awesome to see!

You can see in the normals that one got a little more of the yolk than the other. That was his benefit from staying in the eggs a few extra hours.

From what I've been told, twins in carpets are not as rare as I would have thought. Having two out of eight eggs with twins is very rare though.

I thought twins was rare in carpets too, actually rare period. Congrats!

My only other experience with twins (had BP twins pip today) was with carpets...and that was probably 8-9 yrs ago.
