Respiratory Infections

Hi everyone im looking for some advice. I just got 2 baby panther chameleons 6 days ago and it seems theyve come in with Respiratory Infections. Ive already contacted the vet but my exotic vet is usually booked solid and if i cant get an appointment right away is there anything i can do in the mean time? Ive had over 12 chameleons and have never had this problem before so any advice is welcomed. Thanks in advance!!
