Has anyone else had a problem getting in touch with Rodent Pro?
Here's the situation: I ordered 50 feeder mice (I only have 2 snakes) on 7-11 via an email. I got an email back that they would be shipped on the 15th and here on the 17th. On the 18th I called and left a message asking about them. I didn't get an answer. Yesterday I left another phone message and sent them an email and I haven't heard back from either.
What's the big deal you may ask? Well, I'm leaving Saturday for 2 weeks out of state, and I don't want the mice to arrive during that time for obvious reasons.
I've never, ever had a problem with Rodent Pro - I just want to get in touch with them - they are the only feeder rodent company I've found willing to deal with small orders like mine... has anybody else heard from them in this time period?
