Wink My first clutch of the 2011 season..Hooray ^_^

FINALLY, after the last few weeks of my 8 gravid girls being incredibly whiney and pathetic looking and sadfaced and flipped upside down, last night Aurora finally laid her eggs

This is Mom, Aurora, striped Black Pastel:




This is Dad, Octavio, a PH Red Axanthic. I *really* hope he proves out:

Not to be a kill joy, I don't see het red pattern in the daddy, but he sure is a looker : )

LUCKY!! I started late and all these threads are making me jealous I might take a vacation until I have a clutch, LOL.

Het red anxantic is a co Dom gene. You can't have a
PH.

Congratulations on the clutch! I so want my girls to start laying. It's killing me. They are both fat and been off food for a month. I think I caught there ov's but I'm not sure. All signs point to 2 weeks for 1 of them. I might be so far off like I was last year though.

I think what she means is that he's a dinker who she suspects is a het red, therefore he is a "possible het red".

Congrats! Keep us posted!
