hello Erik, Paul at Pet Center Usa has been around a while. You can look at all his positive reviews on arachnoboards.com. He's a very honest, reputable dealer. Sells great quality product at good prices, not always the cheapest, but always reasonable! As for sexing spiderlings, it is usually difficult till they reach the 2-3inch range.
