OK am I a bad guy?

The only thing I would have done different:

I would have put the "NO GUARANTEE" in writing.  As of now, it is your word against hers.  I definitely believe you though!!

I believe that technically you do not owe a refund on this snake since you did sell it "as is".   However, I also believe that no breeder should sell a reptile that they are unable to guarantee.  If the animals health or feeding is in doubt, then the breeder should hold the animal until it's status can be determined.

Brian i wouldn't worry about it, you did everything the way you should have. I do alot of shows with Dave Lawson and I wouldn't have done it any other way either. Don't let this lady push your buttons but next time put it on the bill as to what your selling <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

&nbsp; &nbsp; After reading many posts with pretty much the same topic, I start to wonder if the animals really do die? &nbsp;Or if they are looking for a sucker who will refund thier money on word of mouth. &nbsp;I really do believe that many of these animals that people are claiming to have died are alive and well.
&nbsp; &nbsp; In two words you summed it up Brian NO GUARANTEE!!!!!
