i agree with you fully i ordered 5 pacman frogs from them and they arrived in the worst condition a normal box not insulated.1 was dead and the other arent doing so well they will not eat and thats not rite for a pacman this company needs to take pride in their business and take care of their animals so they dont get sick.

I know it sounds like you guys need some help so what I am going to suggest is take this to the turtle discussion boards as well as the BOI. This is the for sale ads so you probably wont get much help here.

I'm sure an admin will move this at some point.....
I never ordered from them cause i've read enough bad reviews. They have about 5 websites, all the same owner, different names,(reptile city, turtle city, haha reptiles, ect).
I have to say it's a bit your fault as well. For starters you purchased from a website without reading reviews, second you don't live in California, Florida, Texas or anywhere warm this time of year.
Even WITH styro lined boxes and heat packs,I wouldn't buy online unless the temps hit the 40's.

Most likely your turtles have a RI (respiratory infection). You need to separate the sick ones from the healthy ones and take them to a vet cause they need antibiotics. In the meantime keep the sick ones in at least 84 degree water.
Make sure you sterilize the tank where they were all kept together cause RI is very contagious.

I'm going to move this thread to the discussion forums for help with the sick turtles only.
Any further comments about any specific vendor should be taken to the BOI in a proper thread and not continued here.

In addition to the other suggestions, I have found that taking a sick turtle in the shower with me helps RI. Not in the actual bath tub, but move the tank into the bathroom while you take a shower.
