Thumbs up Mario (Zoological Imports)

I just wanted to post a thread stating my complete satisfaction with Mario at Zoological Imports 2000. He was a very nice gentleman who helped me a great deal. Our transaction went fine, and the quality of the animals purchased were outstanding. I want to personally thank Mario and his wife for excellent customer service and quick responses to all my questions. I would definitly recommend dealing with him if the oportunity arises. In my experience with people in this hobby, this is on the top of my list for one of the best experiences. Thanks again Mario.

Joe,
I couldnt be happier with them. They are great looking, and very active. I got a bit nervous because Delta Dash did not keep them warm enough, and they looked like ice cubes when they came in. Mario did the best job packaging the snakes with a ton of heat packs, insulated styro box and well banded and built crate. It seems as if Delta is getting sloppy as of late. I warmed them up and at first they looked frozen, but within 15 minutes they were cruising there cage and by this morning they were looking for food. Mario and I believe they will be fine being that they only spent a few hours at those temps. They are hardy animals, so I am hopeful. Hats off to Mario, he did everything he could, and honestly represented the animals he sold me. In fact, after seeing them in person they were even better than expected.
