Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I purchased from John on two occasions. His service
was awesome. I talked to him on the phone a few times
before purchasing. I was shelling out some $$ for some nice
animals from him, and I wanted to be safe. He sent me
a couple of references (I think they were the Barkers, and
a few others). I checked his references and they all had
great things to say about him.
When I purchased, the animals were sent out immediately.
They were professionally packed and heated, and arrived
without a hitch. They (baby balls) were a little slow to start
eating, but after 2 months they started eating VERY well
for me and now eat every time. I've emailed with him several
times after the purchase and he is still extremely nice.
I would buy from John again without hesitation.

I don't post on here very often. But for John I will. His service is 100% top notch and his animals a great!!!! I purchased a het pied male ball from him. He was very helpful ans patient. Professional all the way.
I would (WILL) buy from him again without hesitation.

I just picked up a male Pastel Jungel ball python from John Romeo, Harbor Reptile over this weekend, and I am very happy with the transaction. John's courtesy, communication, customer service are OUTSTANDING. His animal was top notch, and even much better in person than the picture that he sent. On top of it, he (the Pastel) took a live mice last night, one day after arrival. I would strongly recommend John Romeo and Harbor Reptile to everyone, and for me I would not be hesistate to buy from John again and again.
