Just placed another order with www.reptilepackaging.com can't say enough good things about this company, they have many useful products from pre-punched (air holes) deli cups to heatpacks and other shipping supplies and the best part is the FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50! My order went out within hours of receipt. I wish all companies were this great to deal with and I hope they are around for a long time! Sorry if this sounds like an advertisment but I really do love dealing with this company!

I think they have the best prices around for shipping supplies. Ordered twice from them. No complaint here whatsoever.

If its the same as Superior, I must say I'm surprised you got good service out of them. I ordered a 4 years ago, and I'm still waiting. I faxed them an order, called to make sure they got it and gave them my credit card number. 2 weeks later I called and was told they lost the order, I faxed it again and made sure they had my credit card number, and it never came. It was for a little over a $100.00. I get my cups anywhere else now, I have to punch them myself, but I usually can get them when I need them. I did watch my credit card statements, they never charged the card so I wasn't out anything. The problem is I needed them, and they let me down. It will be a cold day in this guys house before I order from them again.

Its the same company alright. It was just my second order and everything was shipped fast. Is bad service a common thing with them?

I have purchased from Superior a couple times in the last 2 years. I have been quite happy with the product and customer service.

I have ordered every couple months for the last 6 years and I have never had any problems, they're new on- line ordering makes it very simple.

LotsaPetsGarfHt, I'm sure you'd have no problems with them now. Punching my own holes in 500 cups is way too much work for me
