I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED A QUANTITY OF ANIMALS OFF LINE IN MY LIFE, AND NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST A FEW B GRADE. I ASKED THOMAS MUNOZ WHAT PERCENT OF THESE WOULD BE CULLS. NOT ONE , HE SAID.
EVERY ONE OF THESE ARE VERY HEAVY , PERFECT SHELLS , EXACTLY WHAT I WAS PROMISED. VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION , GOOD PACKING.
TOOK TIME TO ANSWER MY PRE ORDER QUESTIONS, TOOK PHOTOS AS REQUESTED, AFTER HE HAD BEEN PAID. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.
THIS WAS 25 RUSSIAN TORTOISES, I WANTED TO ADD PHOTO, BUT IM TECHNOLOGICALLY CHALLENGED.

I had been looking for a pastel bosc monitor for awhile, so I PMed when I saw him post one that wasn't just what I wanted to see if he had others. He was super responsive, sent me tons of pics, and was quite patient. When somebody takes that kind of time with a small sale, I think it's a great sign of their general customer service and I will definitely be keeping in touch to see what else he gets in.

The monitor arrive right on time, excellently packaged and was in perfect physical shape and well-hydrated. He settled right in and was eating within a few hours.

Without question, I recommend him as a good guy.
