If it's actually bloody and not just a red color, he should see a vet and try to bring a fresh fecal sample. If it's just pink skin than it could be a hemipene prolapse. I'd soak him in cool sugar water for 15min and see if it retracts. If it is the hemipene and it is allowed to dry out or stay out it may become infected and need to be amputated. In either case if it remains in the same condition he'll need to see the vet, unless it retracts. Then you'll need to discover why it happened so you don't have a reoccurance. If it's a prolapse it could be caused by stress, dehydration, hyper or hypovitaminosis, etc. &nbsp;Good Luck!
