East Ozarks - Dwarf Granite Burms???

We own dwarf burms and produced half dwarfs that are 100% het for albino granite. The male dwarf that was used to produce this clutch was imported as an adult in 2004. We purchased him August of 2006. He is around 5 - 5 1/2 feet in length, he eats jumbo rats every 7 - 10 days and has not put on any length since we got him. The mother of the half dwarfs is a full sized albino granite.

Our half dwarfs are just over 2 years old now, the males are around 5 1/2 feet and the females are around 6 1/2 feet. In contrast, we also have a pair of hypo het leucistic burms that are just a few months younger than the half dwarfs, both of the het lucy burms are over 8 feet and are on similar diets. Their growth rate was almost identical until they reached 4 feet. At this point, the half dwarfs began to slow in growth rate.

All the half dwarfs that have been produced and sold by us come with a written genetic guarantee and photo identification. Photos of both the male dwarf and female albino granite are available, as well as the copulation, mother on the clutch and babies as they hatched.

The dwarfs are not just smaller animals, they are genetically different.
