Just recently visited Underground, purchased 0.2 Crotalus cerberus at a great price, animals doing great, Rian was personable and knowledgeable...I would recommend them.

ryan is a great guy to do buisiness with i had a chance to meat him and hang out with him before the daytona show this year and his animals are top notch and his store is full of employees. great guy all around.

Since this is the most recent thread concerning them, I just wanted to give credit where it's due. I don't purchase anything online very often so I read some of the other threads here first. This week I purchased two wild caught female panther chameleons from Underground Reptiles. Their communication and packaging were excellent. The pictures in the advertisement I responded to were very recent and the animals came as advertised.

I have only purchased at the store. Very clean place with knowledgable staff. Had an animal die shortly after purchase and it was replaced with no fuss.

i used to live in sunrise not too far from the store. they provided the only formal venomous training ive ever had in the short time i lived in florida. although i knew i was moving out of florida and wouldnt need a permit when i got back to michigan, i still figured it would help to get some hands on knowledge from experienced people. i recommend them to anyone looking to get their hours in. the store was very clean, i was impressed with the selection, and the employees were very helpful.

I purchased 2 0.1 females from Rian not too long ago. Their customer service was great but unfortunately due to an error in shipping it was almost a full week from the time of shipping until I finally got the pythons. They were both still alive but one refused to eat the whole time I had her and died a couple months later. I feel that was UPS's fault and not undergrounds, though. Also they were advertised as 1000+ gram females and the one that died weighed 1600 grams on arrival and the other weighed over 2200 grams so I was very happy with their sizes and the bigger one eats like a champ and is still gaining weight even though she's been breeding for almost a month now. So overall I think I would buy from them again, it's just unfortunate that UPS screwed up.
