As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.

Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I've only gone herping once...when I was 13. It was great! I caught a couple CA kings and an alligator lizard. Not too shabby for a kid on a first try. But, I haven't done it since...it bothers me to take from nature. But, to answer the question, nope...I didn't get attacked by anything big but that alligator lizard wanted to eat me! LOL!

Now, Overton, where are you finding these pictures?!! That rock is incredible...I can see how a tree would grow like that but with that rock, how did THAT happen?? LOL!

Have you ever been so angry you threw something and then was sad because you broke it?

No but when I was a kid (like ten) I had gotten a new B.B. gun for my birthday, and I was out walking thru the desert and I saw a Desert Igauna, and I shot it. Dead!
I was so upset with myself that I (right then and there) took the gun and smashed it across the rocks! And I've never forgotten that moment!

Ok how about with a stump? LOL
