Yes, but I have had ribbons and garters kill each other fighting over fish at that age more often. Also the more dominant ones will eat everything first.
Babies can easily be separated and kept in deli cups for a long time. The survival rate compared to housing together is dramatically different.
Housing separately you should have 100% survive.
