Freedom Breeders, ARS, or Animal Plastics

So I'm looking for an upgrade. I've decided to take the jump and breed red tails after breeding colubrids for quite some time. I have been slowly building up my collection and I want to get something ordered for when they outgrow their 41qt rack I have them in right now. I've been building racks for colubrids and balls but when it comes to my red tails I don't think the standard 41qt or Christmas tree box will cut it for a big female BCI.
I have narrowed it down to a
Freedom Breeders 66-6 https://www.freedombreeder.com/product/r66-6
Ars 9706

Or 4 Animal Plastics T-20's that I would add 80w radiant heat panels on

Any option would cost around 3k but im still debating the pros and cons .

Does anybody have experience breeding / keeping red tails and have any input on these options (or others for under 3-3.5k)

I do like the height on the animal plastics and feel they would be "happier" in them, along with the fact I could use radiant heat panels which I've always been a big fan of. But then again I'm limited to only 4 adults at any given time with no room to expand if want to later. I also like the "all in one " aspect of the racks though and the ease of cleaning is also a huge plus.

I'm looking to have a set up that they will live in , breed in, and be easy to control heat/ humidity
Current room is on its own thermostat at 78-80 , humidity at 20% so cold side temps will be fine , but the set it will need to be able to hold humidity well.

I use AP T-20s for a couple of python species, and would like to eventually move my boa constrictors in AP caging as well. AP cages are very well made, easy to assemble, and have proven durable. I use the sliding glass-front ones, and they look great. I've had no problems maintaining proper temperature and humidity levels, even for high-humidity animals like my Bismarck ringed pythons. I will say, however, that I use heat tape as opposed to radiant heat panels.

Is your limited space to expand due to actual limited space, or a cap you've put on the number of adults? I ask because an ARS or Freedom Breeder rack would hold more than the 4 adult limit in the same basic space 4 AP enclosures will occupy. If it is because of the limited space, but you have the room for an ARS/FB rack and have desire for more than the 4 adults I'd go that direction. With all of that said, all of my boas are in visions or AP/AP style enclosures with radiant heat panels. I do intend to expand later into ARS/FB racks for the ability to maintain more with less floor space being occupied. Both options are great for adult boas, the main pros for AP enclosures are radiant heat panels (I absolutely love them) taller head room and better for viewing/display. The ARS/FB options pros are more efficient use of space, way easier to clean.
