These guys are eating consistently on f/t chick thighs, and several of them have also taken a pinky or two. They were born on 8/20 and are developing well. I have posted a tremendous amount of information about keeping these guys in a thread here:

Due to Endangered Species Protection, sale of these animals to individuals that are not residents of PA is strictly prohibited. The current price at this age is $250 each, with possible discounts for multiple purchases. Wouldn't the federal Interstate Commerce Permit allow the sales across state lines?

I believe so, yes. Out of state buyers are also OK as long as they have or are willing to get the necessary fish and wildlife permit.
