You know this for a fact? Doesn't look like he's been back online since then to me. I don't see what you're even involving yourself. PayPal is handling it so we are BOTH protected. They are going to send him the refund and then when I receive the animal they will take the refund from my PayPal.

Guess you just got on but have you checked it? I got the email immediately after getting off the phone with them.

You might think about calling PayPal to verify any email purportedly sent by them.

This is what I got from them but it doesn't say exactly what she had said. She actually laughed about sending the refund before receiving the item back but what I said in my last post is what she said would happen.

There is no proof she said that, I don't believe she did. Why don't you call her back and ask for it in writing...
