Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.
The above comment is incorrect. On April 7, 2017, the US court of appeals overturned congresses use of the Lacey act to restrict interstate commerce of 'injurious' species stating that the intent of Lacey was to restrict the importation of said injurious species into the US, but said nothing regarding interstate transport or commerce. Per USARK guidance, shipping of previously banned species (burms, african rocks, anacondas) could safely resume on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.
