Hello,

Ah yes, that is right. The tegu at the store had smooth skin, so I guess he was a columbian.
There are black & white morphs in both the argentinian & the columbian, correct?

No, I would not say Morphs, but there seems to many different locals. And yes, they are found over a very large range, as well as many countries.
