Korn in CA....NOT recommended !

I ordered a couple isle tree boas. they answered ALL my mails prior to buying. After sending payment I called the contact # 11 days later. I'd wrote on my e mail prior to sending payment "please notify me when payment is received & prior to shipping"
When a woman answered I asked about my payment. she ask who I'd made payment out to. I told her Umporn Saelee, as thats who I was instucted to send payment to. (i thought this was a lil' weird) Anyway,this woman on the phone states, :Oh....that's my mom,let me call her"...weird agian,but payment was already sent.
So..I finally get my pair,the female dies 2 days later. I've e mailed repeativley...........no replies!Called..no answer. I consider this a bad seller. Plus "Korn" has no longer been posting animals for sell, which prior to this transaction was posting 3 times per day.
I did ask for Ref,got em, e mailed em & all was satisfied customers. Thoughts ?

Yes please post all his information. I must say I saw his ads but personally would never buy from someone that called themselves "Korn". Please don't take offense Dave but it just seems a little weird to me.

there is nothing i can do , i had this snake for more than 4 months and they were fine.

Contact lists are common in other industries (Blue Book in the Construction Industry for example). Usually the money is made on the other side though as advertising for those on the list.

I haven't seen this very much with the reptile industry.

It happens but not very often. By this person selling them so cheaply priced they are more than likely not valid exporters. Hell I have a list of about 500 exporters in many countries I would sell for the same prices. Of course at those low of prices there would be no guarantee that they are legitimate or would not take your money. I would say this person is trying to cash in on some contact information that is more than likely bogus. I would steer clear of them like the plague.

as I stated on my 1st post, a boa I bought died 2 days later. I tried to call, mail....no replies UNTIL 2 days ago. She stated they had a 24 hr guarentee.BUT, since I didn't ask them,I didn't know about it & was NOT intitled to a refund.
I replied I'd go to the BOI and warn others.They replied they would do the same to me! I've never sold to em...just made the mistake of buying from em.
