Unhappy Traveling with a hognose

Hi everyone,

I'm considering getting a hognose but I have a peculiar living situation. Due to the way my university is set up. I live in Michigan for three month then drive home and live in Wisconsin for between a week and three week then drive back to Michigan and repeat the cycle. My question is, would a hognose get too stressed out and become sick or die from this routine? I know it kind of depends on the snake but I don't want to get one of these lil cuties and end up possibly killing it

Thanks!

Hognose are tough as nails in my experience and during the winter months you can just leave him behind since he won't be eating. Also if you know you'll just be gone a week you can leave him then too.
