Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Please save me another 93 min long distance call to microsoft. (on my cell no less) anyway, when I open outlook express it tries to install MS small business 2000, which I don't have. then it asks for the CD, which i don't have. then it tells me error 1706- can't be found. then it opens outlook. can chk mail, but not send or reply. any help? running xp home
Problems with outlook are not new and as a result I have not used it in years. Sadly then I have no other advice but to switch to something else more user friendly. If all you want is a good mail program I would suggest Mozilla Thunderbird available here Mozilla
