As of right now the facts say that you shorted an order by a lot and your lack of explanation only shows no care for your name in this business. Good luck. You are gonna need it in every part of your life if this is the effort you put forth.

Ill admit yes I did make a few mistakes
1 not figuring out how to sort them right away and weighing the total
2 missing the email where he told me how much he was going to be short
3 rounding the 16.15 to 17 ounces
But the point is in your own words you said you sent 1.7 pounds (27 ounces ) in the 2nd package with all the packing stuff and its very clear on the scale it's just over 16 ounces

So far nothing has changed, and you have shown nothing to even attempt to clear your name. As it stands, you sir are in the wrong. Usually I try to see both sides before putting fault on a party. All you have done is post a "paypal" claim that could easily been typed by you, and call the OP a liar. So far, I see you as the liar.

heres what I can see from paypal
the other part I spoke to them on the phone so I can not prove that they told me I won the case

Chris can you show me one thing that proves im wrong about this whole transaction
in case you deleted all the email and pictures I sent you they are on the 1st page

I also dont have 7000 worms never even came close to sending me that many the only thing I have is the one cup that was giving to my friend but I think the $8 paid for shipping the worms back to you is more then a fair payment for them

Here is the pay pal email they sent me showing ur money becoming available to me, and why.wonder why you never got one HUMMM.
You went wrong by trying to extort and use pay pal as a threat(they call that extortion).The only problem I saw was when the USPS misshipped during the holiday's causing a two dsy delay. That was out of my control.Just for your knowledge the small deli cup holds 1000 plus larvea. Plus you were under the inpression you can turn them in to flies for ur mantis after learning that you could not you decided you did not want them anymore. You tried everything you could think of to get refund. Out of courtesy I shipped you a second order.
And as for the T.O.S. you vialated paypal's you should not of been so dificult to work with. When I requested you ship them back to me you should of done that then, Also when I got them back it looked like you wet the median you need to keep them dry.They were D.O.A.
