I recently purchased a Texas Indigo from Michael Crowder from Las Vegas, NV. He told me the snake was captive born and in perfect health. The snake arrived Friday in horrendous condition. It was seen by my vet yesterday and diagnosed with bacteril abscesses, retained eye caps and severe conjunctivitis.
spam_ This guy uses fake names. (He used Scott Thompson in our transaction). He also gave ma a bogus phone #.
This is the info I have obtained that I know is correct on this guy to prevent any of you from getting screwed.

The pictures are not showing up.

Save all the e-mails you exchanged with him plus the veterinary reports. Don't let him get away with this because he will do it to someone else. If you can get a hold of him, try to settle a monetarily agreement that is acceptable for you. If you can't locate him or he doesn't want to do something about it, report him for internet fraud (misrepresentation of goods offered for sale).

I've tried his business #. I think it's just a motorcycle repair shop that he owns. He screens the calls. I've left voice mail but of course he doesn't return them. I've filed a formal complaint with the IFCC and I'm going to talk with local law enforcement tomorrow. I plan to continue to pay for this snake's medical treatment until it makes a full recovery but If I get my way he's going to get the medical bills eventually.

Michael Crowder is probably a friend of his. There is only one Crowder listed in that same zip code where you send the money. It would be very strange for them not to be related. You could try to call and politely ask for Michael...Maybe you get lucky.
