you can actually contact them to put him on a list, if there is any suspicion or any acts of someone owning/looking for an illegal specie they will add the person to a list and check it out.

it's a type of fish, illegal to own in the US. However, this is not a discussion forum, I think all the points that needed to be made have been.

actually they are legal in a couple of states to own. but thats only because they can be caught there. (not native obviously but invasive) however they are established and and are now legal to own. (limited only to the species that is currently there however)
