BOI Debate in real time *topic "Enclosures By Design" misdealings and circumstances

With the BOI having some very heated subject matter of recent debate (mainly Sal from Upstate Exotics / Enclosures By Design / Boca Reptiles, I would like to cordially invite him there to possibly respond in real time to questions people may have. This chat will be a moderated chat session and will be set to a 1hr time limit, Neil Gubitz will also be asked to participate on behalf of Sals defense since Neil has volunteered to be a source in which he has declared all parties wronged by Sal in his dealing were paid back in full. While this will be a heated topic to debate out I will let anyone know that may would like to participate the chat will be a ON TOPIC chat where the topic of only dealing / misdealing will be accepted no personnel vendettas will tolerated or remarks on anything other then his dealing will be accepted into this chat session.

I would like to have anyone who paid for but did not recieve a product ot products please be present.

Also if The party involved could possibly supply a list of people that he knows has been repaid IE: CC,PayPal,Cash,Checks ,MoneyOrders and dates of this reimbursements. this would possiblt help dissolve this matter.
