As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Rather interesting that 46,000-ish years ago the areas that are now permafrost were warm enough to support round worm infestations in the soil. I wonder what other organisms we'll find in there.

Yeah, seen a fair share of disaster movies that started out like this. The worm would just keep on growing, and growing and growing..... Next thing you know, it becomes an armor plated planet eating monster that then burrows down to the core of the earth and starts to eat the planet's core. Only to be saved by some pre-teen that discovers the monster can be killed by strawberry flavored bubble gum.
