Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

R.i.p Andre Hicks
Andre Hicks AKA MAC DRE was shot and killed Nov. 1 in Kansas City. He was a long time resident of Sacramento and was a pioneer to the hiphop community. It is sad that this type of stuff has to happen. He would always put on free concerts for the kids in his community and would hand out turkeys to people on Thanksgiving. I know most people havent heard of him but he was a pioneer to the Bay Area. I just found out about this and just felt like posting about it. I am not even a giant hiphop fan but I did like his music. I recently got his new CD last month so this was a surprise. I just give out my condolences to his friend and family.
