No snakes today....but tons of these...

Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

daniel1983	No snakes today....but tons of these... Five-lined skinks were all over the place today. I rode out to the nearest WMA to look around......lots of pine woods and dry as can be. It was my first time there so I spent most of the time driving around checking stuff out, but I did manage to go for a few quick walks, so I did not really see much. This one spotted me and took off about 30 ft up a big live oak. This guy was the biggest FLS that I have ever seen.....I would guess at around 8" or so. Some juvies. The bottom one still had a little blue on the tail....the top one was about the same size but was faded.
