Order of genetic "value"

Greetings, this is my first post here. Somewhat new to beardies ( 3+yrs) and have mainly been working with normsls to supply local stores. This has worked well but I am looking to expand into a broader genetic pool. What "order" would you put the various geno types. The friend who has helped me over the last few years listed them as
Normal
Hypo
Leather
Trans
Dunner
Patternless
And she noted each step along the way fit in the mixed, dragons with more than one geno type. Any help would be great as I go into the 2014 season I want to make the best pairing I can with what I have.

Finally can I get a link to the best genetic thread for dragons? I see the forum and will start going through it, but a heads up on a specific thread would rock.

Switch the hypo and lether around.
And you must understand Lot goes into place and the value.
But your pretty close.
