these posts are quite a shock to me...i purchased two racks from him back in april, one 18 drawer shoe box and one 10 drawer sweater box...needless to say after nearly 4 weeks of unanswered phone calls and emails i finally went through the east coast distributer for boaphile. &nbsp;had to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick them up in philly but i finally got them. &nbsp;made the mistake of not checking all of the boxes b4 leaving his warehouse though and found a few cracked when cleaning them all out at home. &nbsp;gave mark a call and two days later got an email stating that he had been in contact with jeff and that he was shipping me replacement boxes at no cost. well here it is august now and still no boxes...with the exception of the lack of customer service after the sale on jeff's part the racks are wonderful. &nbsp;hope this post doesn't deter anyone from purchasing from jeff as he does offer a wonderfull product. &nbsp;Uriah Walker

&nbsp;I ordered a rack from Jeff and it was cracked some at the top corner. &nbsp;I called and spoke with him about it. &nbsp;He was very nice and offered to take care of it. &nbsp;He did just that and took care of it. &nbsp;It was not his fault. &nbsp;U.P.S. can be very rough. &nbsp;
&nbsp; The boa plastics are GREAT!!!! &nbsp;That will be the only thing I ever use. &nbsp;They are light, easy to clean and really help on space.
