Trapelus Savignii or Savignis Agama
These little guys are a wonderful display animal very colorful and almost never hiding.
Care is very similar to uromastyx and bearded dragons except with these only occaisionially give them a small dish of green leaf veggies.
I have seen very little of them eating the greens but I can clearly see the bite marks in
the veggies and it missing but have only seen 1 or 2 eat it. Rest of the diet consists of anything moving and some things not.
I am feeding them crickets, roaches, superworms, and some will take small pinks off tongs.
These guys like it hot and will bask almost all day moving from under basking to 5in away and back to basking again.
They like to perch on rockpiles bushes or any vantage point and survey whats going on around them.
An excellent small agama for someone who wants an active fun and stunning looking species.
