Getting Out of Leopards - Mandarin Tangerines Cheap

I have a breeding group of four Zorro Mandarin GG type tangerines from Designer Geckos, one Purple Head Tangerine from GeckoBoa, and juveniles. Most of the juvies are crosses of the two Tangerine lines. Males are reaching 90 grams pretty easily though the giant genes in these are not well defined and I can't claim them specifically.

If you're looking to get into breeding , this is a Great opportunity to get a solid group of nice tangerines cheap. I'll sell all 4 of these breeders and an adult virgin male, all of which are less than three years old, for $300 plus shipping. Two males, three females. The virgin male is a cross of the two lines. The females are producing now.

I have six juvies and three eggs incubating.

First pic is male Zorro. Second is female Zorro. Third pic is the purple head girl and doesn't really represent her well. She has better color than this when not breeding. Email me at jharv67@sbcglobal.net and we'll talk. I'll get you pics of everyone.

I'm willing to split this group as well...tell me what you need.

Thanks

It's a good question...one I was hazy on for a while. My explanation goes like this: GG stands for Gecko Genetics, the original source of this Tangerine line. This line was refined on one side by Designer Geckos, where they were bred to a really nice bold bandit named Zorro, and a Magnificent Tangerine named Mandarin. The resulting generations have produced some really nice bold tangerines I guess you could call them. That's my best understanding. They are pretty variable. Pictured below is the best one I ever produced...he is almost 90 grams and just a great gecko...super sweet...but has no black. Most of them retain some black patterning. I sold this guy to a buddy of mine.

My plan was to mix them with the purple head line from John at Geckoboa and just see what happened. I am hatching those guys now...so we'll see how they turn out.
