Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Sorry, I forgot that my full name isn't in my signature. But we are not on the same computer. I do not know where you got that from.

If you would please, tell Jessica that it is required on each post as well (not just one), since the both of you are posting from the same computer.

I was going to bring up that both were in New Mexico, but didn't want to infer too much.
IP knowledge comes in handy.

I do not know what an IP address is or how it relates two people together as we do not share a computer or email address or anything. Just because we both live in NM does not mean that we have any relation, but you can continue to make assumptions if you like.

Sorry, I did not see Garweft's first post. Ken deleted each of my emails before responding, otherwise I would have been more than happy to post one long list of the emails. But, as it is, I would have to do them all individually, which I can do but it would most likely be very long and would not give much additional information. But he NEVER mentioned that he would not refund the original shipping cost. Anyway, I do not know why it is so important that Matthew posted a response as I gave you all the facts. If you have questions regarding the validity of my argument, then ask. I will be happy to answer any questions and post more emails if needed.

Okay, well, first of all, I didn't know that it was Jessica that started this BOI. We are neighbors in an apartment complex and I let her use my internet since her and boyfriend just moved in and don't have everything settled yet. Both of us own boas and discuss them when we can and she has been telling me about her argentine and the issues that she has been having with the seller. And yes, I am in New Mexico so what's the big deal? I bet StricklyExotics is in Nevada. Oh wait he said he was so what does that prove? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Way to go Sherlock!
And as far as not putting my name, I apologize and my name is Matthew Troncoso. However, this should not side step the true issue.. which is that she had a problem with a seller! And isn't that what the BOI is used for?
As far as not having the e-mails.. It CLEARLY states that Ken "would be more then happy to take him back and give you a full credit for him, including the shipping I charged to send him to you." And she didn't receive the full credit. If he didn't want to give the full credit then why did he say it on his own. Would you say, "Yes, I will give you 20 bucks," then only give 10 dollars and say that's good business? I think not!

2 things:
Ken agreed to refund shipping because of the tail. The snake was not returned due to the tail issue, but rather the snake's temperment. This amounts to buyer's remorse in my opinion.
I am 100% sure that Matthew decided to join Fauna and make his first 2 posts on a "bad guy" thread that Jessica started with no prior knowledge that se had started this thread. Just randomly surfing the web on Jessica's IP addy I'm sure.

Well yes, I am in Nevada. And yes, I personally know of the reptile store here in Nevada as I shop there once a week for my worms. As for my post regarding his business practices, I believe my post is valid being that I actually do business there. My post in the BOI about him being a "good guy" is because he doesnt know me from Adam and doesnt make money off of me but is willing to help people with questions that didnt even buy product from him on how to set it all up. I look at the BOI and someone being a "bad guy" specifically looking to rip people off. This is not Ken or his reptile store here in Las Vegas.
I dont think he should have to return the shipping because she doesnt like the snakes temperament. After all, temperament is perceived by each individual person and not a trait, genetically speaking. You guys are trying to tarnish someones reputation based on an animal that was meant to be "wild" acting "wild".
