Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

John, I had expected that you would address the screen shot I posted, because it does not seem as if the subject of the infringed photos has been 'straightened out'.

I know samantha is your close friend. However, we straightened it out amongst ourselves. The problem is very simple. She didnt back me against a wall. I reached out to her personally to find out what the issue was. Which in turn i accepted responsibility and apologised. And yes my wife sent the wrong photographs off my computer.
And yes Dean. You are slandering me. And yes i will press charges against you and have you summoned to Texas for court if you continue. Fauna can also be held liable for contributing (by allowing) Defamation of Character.
This is exactly what your are doing.
Defamation of character occurs when someone makes a false statement about you that causes you some type of harm. The statement must be published (meaning some third party must have heard it), false, and it must result in harm, usually to the reputation.
Punishment for defamation.
Whoever defames another shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both."

Legally i can go after any and all individuals who entertain and contribute to calling me a scammer when i have not scammed anybody out of anything.
I have that legal right to protect myself in a court of law. It seems some individuals think that just because nobody has went to that extent that they can do or sat whatever they want on here and elsewhere and the laws of this country dont apply to them. Thats just not the case and some may find out the hard way if this continues.
