South Carolina Permits

What type of permits or licenses does one need to sell / possess reptiles (specifically snakes) in South Carolina?

As far as I know there aren't any. When we first started doing the SC shows I asked extensive questions to make sure we were covered. I was told we didn't need anything, not sure about hots though.

Jim,
There are no permits to sell in SC (Columbia) except for the Eastern Indigo and you can't sell those any way. You also can't have anything Federally protected.

This is the head DNR that lives a few miles from the Temple, if you are still unsure you can give him a call.

Hope this helps.
