Lightbox Bulbs for Herp pics?

The ones I'm using have a tendancy to yellow the pic too much. I tried the white adjustment on the camera, but it kinda washes the colors of the snake as well. Looking for something with a higher blue spectrum or closer to a pure white. Have 150w heat sheild lamps so can take pretty much any bulb. Have a halogen lamp, anyone ever try those? Although they tend to have an orange hue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Looking more for peoples opinion on particular bulbs as I have tried 2 differant standard bulbs and I'm not happy with the results. Too much yellow. Do like the idea of foam board. Built mine from spare 3/8 plywood I had, just need to get the lighting right.

Ive been using daylight spectrum florescent bulbs. Seemed to work good. I also have my camera bracketing +/-1.0 just in case there is a variation in brightness. That way no adjusting on the computer if Im taking photos for example for selling snakes as I want people to see what the snake actually looks like. I like to adjust the contrast on my snakes that belong to me that Im not selling though so that they 'pop'.
