Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I do believe posting your special permit or a valid link would be more realistic than a 3 way call. Call me and I’ll set up a 3 way call anyone you can dream up.

yall do realize you can ship burms and retics across state lines now. it was proven in court to not violate LAcey Act law... as long as he has his conditional permit to own in florida he can have them brought in...

the post with Todd Campbell was in 2016 when it was still considered illegal. we have since been told otherwise by the Federal Court System

Yes I am fully aware of that.
However he will still need TWO conditional species permits to own them in Florida regardless of whether just buying to flip for a quick buck.
One for burns
One for relics
Unless he truly is a stunning arrogant character providing a copy of each here would make ALL this conjecture become irrelevant and case closed.
It is of no import to me, I follow FWS regulations to the letter and have nothing to hide or fear ever.
Hope he can say the same.......

why wouldnt he have one? its not like its an impossible permit to get. and from reading the whole thread most people on here seem to be completely ignorant to the fact that its 100% legal to ship burms across state lines

Nobody is saying he does not have TWO, not ONE.
However his attitude and reticence to provide requested proof which would take 2 minutes just raises red flags to some here.
Of course he does not have to provide diddly here, his choice of course but don't be surprised that he is still being questioned about it.
As I previously stated, he invited FWS attention so he has got it.
Over and out

[quote=JColt;1998948]I will ask again, What permit do you have that allows burm to be shipped across state lines?
If you have a valid answer I would like to hear. I'm sure many others here would also.
this is what im referring to. no permit is needed.

Sigh....
He will still need two permits to actually receive them in Florida so although not quite the same thing, without said permits it would still not be legal.
That's all, pretty simple really.

I (and everyone else doing the same) have to get a permit to sell nc native species, such as eastern hognose. I would have no problem posting my permits for anyone to see, I think that does draw suspicion by refusing to post it. I understand it's not the same permit but it is still something that I went through the process to get and would display it eagerly.
