Exclamation NEED HELP WITH SNAPPER

Hey guys I was just wondring if any of you could give me / my science teacher some help.So my science teachers friend gave her a snaper they found in their pool and he is not doing amazing at the moment.So I was hoping you ppl could give me some advice.

Not my turtle it's my teacher's.
I didn't check for spelling because a little rushed.

not eating and it's moving really slow...Like when you put food in it goes away.Yes I know they are slow put this one is well like it's sick.

Is this a hatchling?..get the water temp. to around 70-72.

could definantly be the waters temp. a pen pal of mine once had a baby snapper and it became exactly that way when the water was too cold

okay thank you so much for that,it is very possible that is the reason.And yes it's a hatchling.

yeah, put the water temp up and try some live food. crickets,worms,etc. Make sure it has some stuff in the tank to hide as well.
