acorsi IS BLACKMAILING ME, ANY ADVICE BEFORE I HAVE TO CALL THE LAW

So I sent $900 worth of snakes to acorsi & he never sent his trade snakes! He was unhappy with the snakes cus there not big enough to breed RIGHT NOW! I said on 20 different occasions they are 4 & 5ft long & they are cus he said they weren't & I told him to measure, all of the sudden it was just well there not big enough to breed! He was sent 20pics & told how big, its not my fault he's a moron & nos nothing of carpets, but hes had 1 pair before! Sent a 5' female highlighterJCP & 4'male diamond python, worth an easy $900 plus $100 for shipping! Now I own his male& female striped marble bloods worth around the same!

ACORSI IS HIM, ALL HIS INFO IS THERE & EVERYTHING so now he's saying he's not sending the snakesI own now the striped marble bloods which were supposed to be here wednesday & he wants $200 to ship the others back even though they match up exactly to what I said. Now even if he sends the others he could do something to them! I want cash value! Send him $200 on top of the $100 to ship them already!!!!!

I have all his info, texts, so I'm just gonna call the cops where he is and email everything to them! It's grand theft & blackmail.Isthere a better way or am I gonna have to resort to all this now & get my dickhead cousin who's one of LAs top lawyers to rope this fool! I NEED HELP ON WHAT'S BEST! LIKE I SAID I DON'T EVEN WANT THE BLOODS NOW! Thisfools been a member for awhile, like I said all the infos his so is he really so stupid to try & act hard & throw out I betta send him money or hell keep them all! Piece of s*** wouldn't say that if he was in Cali cus is be kicken in hisdoor! UGH I HATE MORONS & HATE LAME DRAMA, OH I DESERVE THIS CUS ACORSI DON'T KNOW 4' & 5' CARPETS ARNT READY TO BREED! He sends them back and ill still sue him cus I'm not losing $100 even cus of him!

Can you post Emails/image and more info regarding your issue? This is for people to look up in the future. There are a few threads on this guy....

Sorry you are going through all this, Donny, but you are going to have to post some proof for us to understand your case....any emails, texts, pictures that were sent back and forth, etc.
Did you have the trade agreement in writing? If not, it's going to be pretty hard to prove to law enforcement.

It's possible that by give and take, the two of you could come to an understanding, but you might want to tone down the hostilities while you try to accomplish that.

Why not post some emails. Iy sounds like he feels he did not get an adequate trade. Let's see the real deal emails (and leave your cousin out of the picture for now)

We would like to hear your side, as well as his, but you need to calm down a bit. Don't use the caps lock, try to write this out clearly, and post the proof in a readable manner. As Lucille said, leave the family members out of the story. Every who's angry has a cousin. If you truly want advise, we will give it. You will get good, honest advice here. But we need full words and punctuation because a lot of us are just too old and tired to decipher all that.

I am 23 and I couldn't decipher all that lol. That is why I just

attached are pics I took of the male and female carpet.

The male came with an almost complete stuck shed (in one of his text "rub the shed off when they get there & check his pattern, his eyes are so sick she's super yellow") and a nasty RI wheeze. as you can see he is about 2 feet.

The female is a bit larger then the male as seen in the picture.

When he sent me the tracking info I sent a text asking why the package was only 2lbs if the female is 5 and a half feet? his response:

"I just threw on a weight I don't have a scale. there carpets so there slender, you have to sign so have the bloods boxed & ready then when he gets there check the snakes before you sign and hand him the bloods."


I told him they are not what he said they are and the male is sick and asked him to go on ship your reptile and pay and print a shipping label and send it to me and I will repack (with heat packs this time and minus the cigarette smoke filled dish towel and plastic tubes they were sent in) and ship the animals back to him..

I am currently housing them as far from my snake room as i can get them do to the high chance they are both infected with RI.

As far as the 20 pic he sent I will attach the 3 pics he sent in the next post.

One more thing, in the 3 pics you will see a pic of a ball that he asked if i was interested in "a low white pied male". Is it me or does that look like a ringer??

I don't want his sick animals and I don't think I should pay to send them back but it looks like I will have no other choice but to do just that.

Good judgment call on his part. It seems you misrepresented the snakes you sent, both to him, and to us.
