Urban Albino guarantee/worthless

I purchased a snake from urbanalbino.com. The snake I received is not the snake I ordered. Not only is it not the snake I ordered it came in dead. I called Michael Castillo (owner of urban albino) and he requested that I send him pictures. I sent him some pictures. Now he is claiming that its not the snake he sent and he is not willing to replace or refund anything. I opened his package in the Fed Ex office in front of the clerk who witnessed that it was his package I opened. Even with a statement From the Fed Ex clerk that his package had a dead snake in it he is not willing to resolve it. This was my dream snake and I've been waiting years to get this snake. This has literally crushed me. Please beware if you are thinking of making a purchase from Michael Castillo AKA Urban Albino. I will post pictures of the snake I bought and the one I got. That brought tears to my eyes. I love pieds and I would love to own one someday but I can't imagine how you feel seeing your dream snake like that. I hope you get your money back.

Shawn can you scan and show the Fedex shipping label/paperwork, and the signed statement of the Fedex clerk please.

Yes it is. and I do have text massages I will try to figure out how to post. I should be able to get the Fed Ex statement up later.

Not the first time he's shipped the wrong snake, if that's what happened.

I'm curious about how the snake was shipped/packaged...the deli cup looks small for a snake that size...and what is inside the deli cup???
The snake also looks like it was literally walked on.

That snake went through something fierce, as seen in those pics. How was it packed? Im curious to hear Mike's side... Is he aware?

I think a signed affidavit (statement) from the Fedex employee who witnessed a DOA is really all the evidence that is needed for a 100% refund. I really hope this gets resolved quickly to spare Urban Albinos reputation.......this is a very sad and frustrating situation to be in, good luck Shawn.

Disagree. Without supporting paperwork, one would not know where the package in question originated. There's no doubt there is A dead snake, but enough has to be done to show that this is THE particular dead snake that came out of a package sent by UA to this buyer.

Unfortunately, he's right. The pied in the photograph is not the pied you received. I've outlined the important differences in the picture below.
