I posted an inquiry thread on this guy, and a few other members confirmed that he is a scammer that goes by several names. He claimed he was from Georgia, but it looks like he is actually in Saudi Arabia. He also goes by the names Nuur Omar, Frank Brummack, Omar Nuur.
I inquired about a female Poecilotheria metallica. He was eager to ship the next day, even though temperatures were below freezing by me. He was very pushy and emailed me several times to ask if I'd checked with my fiance and decided. Finally he wanted payment with XPress Packets from CVS, and not in the same total amount he'd quoted me previously (one $50 and one $100 packet for the spider he'd quoted at $170 shipped).
I told him I was not comfortable paying that way and asked for a picture showing today's date and my name on a card next to the spider. He then got very hostile and stopped responding.
He posts tarantulas for sale, but wants to be paid by Xpress Packet moneygram. Do NOT send him any money; you will just lose it.
He uses the email
