the implication they were to be free without ties is off. In the end I didn't have enough to meet the number. I did not see there to be any sense to drive what i thought was 2+ hours for 2-3 mice. I still stand behind any deal I offered her before.
I never said I knew exactly what your deal was....I just said what I was told. Casey said she was getting them for free...beyond that I have no idea what the deal was....and that part is completely irrelavent.

There are new accounts here http://mouselovers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=31
Included in that link is discussion of a theft of an animal from a petstore and an attempt at bullying someone else into price fixing,

Plus now we have Casey making the [hopefully] joke about what to do with the mouse is to "Taxidermize it" being the ONLY communication she has made about the topic today http://www.taxidermy.net/forum/index...tml#msg2112086

Gah, not "pay you", "pay to get your doe back to you". Fingers were working faster than brain.

(And WOW, that rosetted lady is GORGEOUS!)

I started breeding rodents mostly as feeders, and have fallen in love with the little things. The genetics are *awesome*. I wish there were mice shows and breeders in NorCal! I'd love to get my hands on a few fancy show-type mice to breed to sell in my pet shop, but most of the SoCal breeders won't let any go without a "no breeding unless you show" contract. Grr! I want some nice merles and texels so bad!

Okay good news. I talked to Casey tonight. She was really beating herself up. She has a lot of trouble dealing with stressful situations and with anxiety and she's horrible with conveying things in text.

She is very sorry for what happened and allowing it to continue on the thread without participating.

So I have the mouse, she gave her to me on her own will and she is very healthy and happy.

Thank you all for supporting Stina through this and I am grateful for a happy ending.

Thank you Casey for doing the right thing.
