Its really odd, that they could NOT get a better shot of the back of that check. Even more odd is that there is no signature, rubber stamp, or for deposit only. The check proves nothing. If they REALLY wanted to prove their case, they would click the link for check #9997 from their bank and use that

People that have been reading the BOI long enough, get to learn all the excuses and all the tactics needed to scam or prolong payment.
